E-court Bijnor
The E-court is a project introduced by the state government in 2007 in Bijnor. The primary aim of E-court is to file case, allotting case, registering case details, recording the workflow of the case, case orders and the case judgements. The recorded details are displayed on the web so that the case related lawyers and public can freely access the case information on web. The national informatics centre – NIC is responsible for the implementation of the E-court project. The Bijnor district judge is responsible at the district level implementation of the project while the NIC takes in charge of the web site posting, hard ware, software installation and other technical issues. This project is under the implementation with the supervision of the special committee. The project is monitored on each step by the department of justice. The high court appoints the central project coordinators to look after the implementation work of the E-court project.
